Botox Anywhere Can Botox Be Used Only On The Face

Botox Anywhere Can Botox Be Used Only On The Face Botox used to be the preserve of the rich and famous because it was prohibitively expensive. However, in recent years, the cost of having Botox injections has fallen, which means that ordinary people can enjoy the benefits of having Botox applied. How Does Botox Work? The appearance of wrinkles is completely natural, but many people are very unhappy with the way they look if they start to develop these lines. Wrinkles most commonly appear on the cheeks, at the corners of the mouth, and at the corner of the eyes (where they are known as crow’s feet). These wrinkles can be caused by a variety of reasons.  Firstly, wrinkles appear as the skin starts to sag in old age. Smoking can make wrinkles appear prematurely, and excessive sunbathing or the use of sunbathing can also cause wrinkles to form. Simply sleeping with the face on the side of the pillow is another way that wrinkles are caused. People should avoid smoking and excessive sunlight if they want to preserve their natural-looking skin for as long as possible. Botox in Perth works by temporarily paralysing muscles to give the appearance of smooth skin. The decision to have Botox injections should not be taken lightly. Shop around in order to find a Botox practitioner which has years of experience. The Botox company should explain the entire process to the patient so that they are aware of the effects and the potential problems. Their mind will be put to rest and they will be able to proceed with the injections. One of the most important things to remember about having the Botox injections is that they usually last for around 3 months before they have to be given to the patient again. Visit http://www.skinicity.com.au for Botox that is effective. Botox On Other Parts Of The Body People might think that these types of injections are only used to remove wrinkles from the face of a patient. However, this simply isn’t the case: people believe this only because they think that wrinkles can be a problem on the face. However, Botox can be applied to any area of the body that develops lines or wrinkles. Apart from the face, two key areas of the body that often develop skin creases are the arms and the legs. In summer, when women want to get out on the beach and show off their bodies, these wrinkles can be apparent for everyone else to see. As a result, some women can start to feel incredibly self-conscious, and they may start looking for a solution to the problem. This is where Botox injections come in useful. The injections can be applied to these areas other than the face in order to stop wrinkles from appearing. As with the face, the effects of these injections will usually wear off after a 3 month period and they will have to be repeated in order to fight off the appearance of wrinkles. Hopefully, this guide has successfully explained that Botox can be used in several parts of the body. Image credit.

5 Ways To Exude Professionalism With Your Personal Brand - Personal Branding Blog - Stand Out In Your Career

5 Ways To Exude Professionalism With Your Personal Brand - Personal Branding Blog - Stand Out In Your Career How to give your personal brand a professional shine. In our digitally connected world, can you truly separate who you are personally and who you are professionally? No matter the privacy settings there are numerous opportunities for personal life to spill into your professional impression. Here are five ways that seepage is already happening and how you can manage it: Audio Brand Professional Communication Email Address Image Social Updates 1) Your Audio Brand I recently interviewed Colleen Fahey, U.S. Managing Director for Sixieme Son, the largest audio branding agency in the world. She shared this: Audio branding brings life and continuity â€" so when you hear the brand, it sounds like the brand â€" making every touch point a relationship-builder. Audio branding: Emphasizes brand differentiators Creates brand association with specific emotions Influences sales Transmits values within and without an organization As a personal brand, you also have an audio brand. What’s the music someone hears when they call your mobile phone? What music is playing on your personal website? When you do presentations do you have any music that you queue it up with? Or, is there music playing in the background? When people are on hold for you, are they listening to music? Music is something that we’ve heard even while in the womb. It evokes emotions and reactions that can go far back into our childhood or our subconscious. For personal brands, your audio brand is exuded in every interaction someone has with you or your communication tools that has some sort of audio associated with it. It transmits the values you have or those you don’t have. Today, audit what people hear when they reach out to connect with you. Does it mirror your brand or is there a disconnect? A disconnect leaves people with the feeling that something’s wrong with no real concrete instances except for “gut instincts”. 2) Your Professional Communications Think that grammar in social media doesn’t matter? Your grammar matters in your LinkedIn profile and status updates. According to Brad Hoover, CEO of Grammarly [Jacob: #7JGBC Contest Sponsor!], in a  recent interview  he shared that good grammar in your updates shows you’re someone that “pays attention to details” and you’re someone who is “detailed oriented, shows good follow through and is very professional”. You might be wondering â€" can that really matter in today’s fast-paced, hyper-connected social society? Yes, it can. In a  recent study  conducted by Grammarly, here’s what they found: Grammarly looked at some of the top brand battles of all-time to see if there was a correlation between the winners of famous “brand wars,” and writing ability. They compiled LinkedIn posts from each company (an average of 400 words per company), and asked their team of proofreaders to review each update for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors. Here is what we learned: Coke vs. Pepsi: Coke makes four times fewer writing mistakes on LinkedIn than Pepsi. Facebook vs. Google: Not only does Google dominate the Internet, but it also makes nearly four times fewer writing mistakes than Facebook on LinkedIn. Ford vs. GM: GM makes two-and-a-half times more writing errors than Ford. What can we take away from this? Brand dominance can be a fickle thing. But, writing is often a good predictor of the top brands because it demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and credibility. For your personal brand, look at your last ten posts on any of your social networks. How’s your grammar? Grammarly Lite, which can be added to your browser, is a great tool to keep your updates and tweets as grammatically correct as possible. After interviewing Brad, I gave it a try and love how well and easily it works. (I do not sell or market their product). 3) Your Email Address Invest in a website for your personal brand and create an email address with that site. A domain name can express professionalism in one email. Emails from Yahoo, Hotmail, Live, etc , give an immediate first impression to the receiver or an email from these domains. For example, when you get an email from someone with an address that is name@AOL.com, what are your immediate first impressions? Even if you have an email address from the company you work with or the college you attend, spend for your own domain, even if it’s your name, it exudes much more professionalism and speaks to whether you’re “on top of your game” better than any free email account can. 4) Your Image You can look professional no matter your profession. I’m certainly not saying that everyone needs to be in a “suit and tie”. In fact, that apparel in many professions would not be a good fit at all. What is important to any profession is cleanliness and hygiene. Even auto mechanics are assessed for their professionalism on how well they clean up. For your personal brand, this includes everything that’s an extension of you. Your phone, your purse, briefcase and even the car you drive. Again, let’s not confuse that something has to be expensive to exude professionalism. You can drive a car that’s twelve years old or rock a suit that’s eight years old and as long as it’s clean and well kept, you exude professionalism. 5) Your Social Updates There have been hundreds of articles on what you should post about as a professional. I’m more interested as to when you are posting and responding. What time you do this matters to your professionalism. In your Monday morning meeting and you’re liking Facebook posts on your phone, then anyone connected with you, in their ticker (depending on your privacy) is seeing your activity. At a meeting or event and your tweeting, that also is speaking volumes about your professionalism. If it’s a part of the meeting and event, that will reflect positively on what you’re doing and that you’re sharing/imparting knowledge from the event. If it’s you asking about when everyone’s going to happy hour in a tweet, when you’re in a meeting, there’s an entirely different impression that’s exuded. I do realize that there are many tools that automate the release of updates and posts. Again, don’t overuse these or you’ll leave that impression that you automate everything. A mixture of auto updates and in real time updates provides a good balance for you and your brand. Look at the timing of your last social updates. To exude a professional personal brand, timing is important (not everything but important) and affects whether your first impression is worth a second look.

Your Very Own Guide to UK Law Schools By Simi Gupta

Your Very Own Guide to UK Law Schools By Simi Gupta Youve  decided that you want to study law at a university in the U.K, that’s great! All your doors have opened, light bulb is shining brightly and you’re feeling ecstatic! You’ve taken the first step towards what you want to do and, so far, all I can say is.congratulations! Which law school have you chosen? Do I hear doors slammed shut, light bulbs flickering to a halt, are you now sitting alone in the dark? I hear you but, don’t worry, I’ll help you out. In fact, never worry, it’s a negative feeling and negativity won’t get you far in your legal career. Start with Open Days When it comes to applying to universities, it can lead to a great many difficulties and confusions in deciding which one would suit you best.  However, that wont be the case when you’ve got the best possible sources of information right by your side to assist you with your decision. There are plenty of sources out there but where does one start? The best possible way is by attending Open Days. Universities make a big deal out of Open Days and advertise them left, right and centre. Attending Open Days also gives you the opportunity to have a feel for the university. Attend each event asking yourself whether you can see yourself studying there and take the opportunity to get answers to all your questions. [ALSO READ: University Comparison Website, Comparetheuni.com Launches in the UK] Read University Guides published by national newspapers Take a look at university guides, published in newspapers such as The Times and The Guardian. Each of these publications gives you a thorough analysis regarding the ranking of different universities. One word of advice: be careful when analysing each league table. As you will find, each league table is different and that can lead to confusion, taking you back to square one. The question here is: is it worth spending your valuable time stressing over university league tables? A lot of students base their decision on how prestigious a university is. Obviously, there are people who don’t, which raises a question of what one should really base their university choice on.  So many individuals get overly consumed in league tables; to the extent that it gives them a headache and they forget about the other advantages of going to a particular university. I’ve come across many individuals that forget the main reason they’re applying to university is to study their desired course. Dont forget to look up the course content Another great insight is looking at the course content. This factor should be one of the most important ones, if not the only one, when it comes to choosing a university for your LLB. Each university requires you to study seven core modules, but the way they go about it varies. Some law schools assess their LLB students purely with exams; whereas other universities provide the opportunity to complete pieces of coursework in order to boost your overall grade.   So, depending on your preference, choose the university that best suits you. Ummm, what about Scottish universities? So far, I’ve talked about law schools in England alone. What about law schools in Scotland? I’ve seen a number of threads about this in a few forums and some students do get confused on what types of law Scottish universities teach. Of course, to some it may be obvious. Scottish law schools would be equivalent to Scottish law, but confusion still exists. This would be crucial for international students who are vaguely new to the option of studying abroad. There are law schools in Scotland that provide the option of studying English law but, be aware of this fact; universities in England and Scotland teach different laws. Remember there is an entrance exam Another fact that I would also like to point out is the entrance examination. As you may or may not be aware, universities require applicants to sit an entrance exam for the courses that they offer. For law, this is known as the LNAT (National Admissions Test for Law). There’s a lot of information out there regarding the LNAT and, just to start you off, check out the official website in order to gain knowledge of what resources are out there to help you prepare and what the assessments are like.  As already stated, if not too keen on exams, that makes the decision easier for you, as you could eliminate the universities that require you to sit the LNAT. For those who have graduated with a degree and want to go on to a postgraduate law school, the same information applies. If you’ve been awarded with a first class degree or even a 2.1, you’ve got a fantastic chance of gaining a place on a postgraduate law degree. International students? What happens if you’ve been awarded with a 2.2 or equivalent, and if you’re an international student? Then again, research is key. There are universities that do accept applicants with a 2.2 degree, so don’t lose hope. Attend Open Days, law fairs and ask questions in order to gain a realistic opinion of your chances of acceptance.   This applies whether you would like to study the LLM (Masters of Law), LLB course or even the original 3 year LLB course. For international students, although I’m aware that a lot of effort is required to attend Open Days, it is worth the effort.   You will gain the opportunity to talk to other international students already studying at the university, along with academics who deal with admitting international students.   In fact, before doing so, have a good browse over the university website. There should be a section dedicated to international students, were universities post video blogs or an overview of their experience. If you feel slightly hesitant about studying abroad, although I’m not an international student, I can confidently say that they gain a lot from studying abroad and its one of the best experiences that they’ve been through.  They go back home feeling a great sense of accomplishment and progress. Start writing down some choices Before getting started on your law school hunt, you might have a slight indication of which law school you would like to go to, or a fantasy you have for a particular law school. That may change after physically going to see the university yourself. After graduation, if you’ve chosen to pursue a legal career, either the LPC or BPTC should spring to mind. Just a quick reminder: potential students would need to enrol on to the LPC if they desire to become a solicitor or the BPTC if they want to become a barrister. If you’ve either secured a pupilage or a training contract, trainee solicitors in particular, some law firms specify which law school to attend in order to study the LPC. If that’s the case, you don’t really have much of a choice, and the hard work has been done for you. If not, BPP law school and the College of Law seem to be amongst the most popular. As I have profoundly stated numerously, research, research and research! There’s only so much I can tell you, hoping that it’s been useful; but at the end of the day, choosing a law school is very much a personal choice. I understand that it can be confusing and exhausting, but everything falls into place in the end. Just trust yourself. And if this has helped you, please  tweet this guide by simply clicking here. Using Professional Resume Writers

Using Professional Resume WritersProfessional resume writers are great resources for those who want to get their career on track but who don't know where to begin. Having a clear and concise resume that has all of the pertinent information required by the prospective employer is crucial if you want to get the job you've always wanted. The first thing professional resume writers can do for you is to provide you with a concise and organized list of all of the relevant details about your own resume. This is the most important part, after all, because it's going to be what the hiring manager looks at and evaluates when evaluating your resume. With this information, the writer will have your resume positioned in order of importance, beginning with the most important information to the least important.Another benefit of using professional resume writers is that they will offer suggestions on how to improve your resume and make it look better. If you're not sure how to make any changes yours elf, it's best to let a professional help you. The best resume writers understand that good resumes are a reflection of a candidate's skills and education, so it is very important to let them know exactly what your goals are.The next step in becoming a well-written resume is to write it in a style that's appealing to the reader. It's no good having a poorly written resume if it doesn't tell the hiring manager that you're qualified for the position. Be sure to pick one style or genre of writing and stick with it. You want your resume to stand out, not be lost among the masses of resumes that you'll be submitting to employers over the next several months. Also, good resume writers know that the hiring manager is looking for a resume that provides a little something extra. For example, a business owner will likely want to highlight some of his or her specific accomplishments during the last year, as well as a summary of their major achievements in the past few years. This type of inform ation will help the hiring manager to view you as a leader, someone who can move forward and implement the change into the organization. Finally, it's important that the resume be written in such a way that the hiring manager can easily digest it. For example, if you're applying for a management position, you'll want to emphasize your ability to manage people effectively and the unique qualities that you bring to the position. This makes the resume easier to read and to remember. One more tip for those who are hiring and need some assistance with writing their resumes is to use professional resume writers. Professional resume writers have the experience and the tools to help you achieve success with your application. By helping you to express your needs in a clear and concise manner, they can provide a professional resume that gives your potential employer a clear picture of what you have to offer. So, if you're a business owner or an individual looking for a new job, consider hiring p rofessional resume writers to help you position yourself in the best possible light. The best resume writers will help you express your qualifications and give you a well-written resume that is easy to read and will attract the attention of the hiring manager.

Use Your Calendar as a Career Tool - CareerAlley

Use Your Calendar as a Career Tool - CareerAlley We may receive compensation when you click on links to products from our partners. Theres one thing that most professionals, no matter how successful, always seem to struggle with, and that is the need to keep their productivity tools discretely separated if they are going to be effective. The goal should be to coordinate between different resources like a calendar, work tracker, and to-do list to make sure that your entire workflow is balanced, not to try to make one thing work when it wasnt necessarily designed to handle everything you are throwing at it. Using these tools improperly is about more than just making them less efficient. It can also lead to higher stress, less productivity than before they were adopted, and other challenges. Here is a quick guide to getting the most out of your to-do list by using it with your calendar instead of letting either one substitute for the other. Scheduling Work Most people like to have a variety of different work items throughout the day, because it reduces fatigue and allows them to rotate to make the best use of the skills that are currently freshest. To have that flexibility, you need to know when deadlines are coming, and your schedule also needs to accommodate changing your mind on a regular basis. That is why it is important that your calendar only show you delivery dates for your various projects. Scheduling them into a work flow should happen elsewhere, preferably through tracking and not anticipation. That is where your to-do list comes in. If you have a project that will require multiple sessions, you can add in a work tracker to show how much time you have already spent, that way you can be sure you arent leaving everything to the last minute. This is much more effective than trying to pencil in specific work times for everything, because it leaves more of your time uncommitted so that you can work in your own way through your project list. Balancing Work and Life Commitments Keeping your calendar pared down to the necessities in favor of other methods of task management also gives you more opportunity to take time out for life commitments by giving you a way to switch between different lists according to where your next deadline is and what aspect of your life it falls under. This means that when you do have life events on your mind, it becomes much easier to look at your organizational tools and to decide whether or not you are going to be able to make time for it right away. This lets you smoothly move between commitments without feeling overburdened, which is actually more efficient than attempting to schedule everything. Wrap-Up Remember, your productivity tools are designed to be just thattools. If you are finding that any of them are just not delivering the returns that you were promised they would deliver, then its time to change something. The key is to taking a hard look at whether you need to change the tool or just the way you are using it. We are always eager to hear from our readers.
